Spent 2 weeks in Hong Kong for family and business. Lost 5lbs in Hong Kong, mostly due to Triathlon training.
Currently at 158.8. Since starting my Triathlon training (3wks ago), my weight gain has not been a priority. I’m burning an extra 2000 calories a week with 3 extra triathlon training circuits a week and have not been able to recoup that in meals/shakes. I’m not a motivated body builder, just a regular guy looking to keep fit and healthy naturally with no strenuous deadlines, hence all the fluctuations, but eventually I will get there.
I’ve decided to adjust my weight gain goal until after my Triathlon race which is on July 13th. On the bright side of things, I got my first road bike, a Felt Z95, see you on the road.
