160.2 same as last week. Reason I did not move up 1lb was because I started training 2x a week for my upcoming triathlon on July 13. More calorie output, same input. Time to up my calories. Need an additional 600-700 calories per workout days, that’s 1400 extra calories needed a week. I have not decided in what form I should take in these calories yet, either more carbs or proteins, if it’s carbs I would need an additional 350g of carbs (1400 divided by 4), if it’s proteins I would need an additional 350g of protein (1400 divided by 4). Will update next week on what the decision is 🙂
Some other good news is that with IIFYM i went down from 23% body fat to 19% and still gaining weight. When I put on my first 20lbs, from 135 to 155, nothing was proportioned, i didn’t know how many fats/carbs/protein i was taking in, so a lot of the weight was fat and water. Although not completely lean, I am happy thus far with IIFYM. At least now i know how much I should eat for gain/loss/maintenance vs whatever portion I feel like that day or whatever portion the restaurants see fit. IIFYM!
