Want to be Healthier and Happier?
STOP GOING TO GYM! We’ve been duped! We’re focusing on weight but what’s the real problem?
We now know that weight gain/loss is 70% what you eat and only 30% your fitness activity.
If your Happiness, Energy, Stress, Ailments are dictated by 70% of what you eat? 30% by social interaction, growth, activity, yada yada yada……..would you pay more attention to what your daily diet is?
We eat 3x’s a day for 7days, that’s 21 times! What’s the most you can go to the gym? 7x’s a week? Seems as though we should be putting more thought into what we EAT then what we should work out.
What is the true problem?
Is Weight the #1 reason some of us are unhealthy or unhappy? Could it be that FATIGUE, STRESS, DIGESTIVE ailments are more of a pain and the reason some CAN’T go the gym, play with their kids, or do anything active in the first place?? Seems like we’ve got it REVERSED.
If you felt more vibrant, full of energy, had less ailments…..
Would that ALLOW you to do more physical/social activities?
If you want IMMEDIATE results change your concept of food/diet. I 100% guarantee you, your entire physiology will change within MINUTES of eating better foods. It’s not that difficult, just eat FOOD. Where the ingredient is the FOOD. (i.e: banana, lentils, spinach, tomatoes, corn, grains, nuts, VS what’s in that pizza IDK, what’s in that mac n cheese IDK, what’s in that hamburger IDK, what’s in that KFC…IDK)
If we are not brainwashed by manufacturers or zombies walking with the average people………. then how come it’s so difficult to eat REAL FOOD?
Is it Time? Money?…….no it’s called neglect IMO and also it doesn’t hurt that multi-billion dollar manufacturers are attacking you every second of the day.

I’m a bit too tired from the gym 😉 to share today what good foods to eat to combat different things, but hopefully I shed some new light into your life! You can always read my old blogs, there’s some great info there on how to get started.

I’m not a doctor or certified nutritionist YET. You can look up all those good foods online, but I can tell you this……… it ain’t ice cream………that don’t fix nothing, except a broken heart…….there there…….want to feel better after a heart break, bite into some broccoli :p
It’s been tough getting back into the saddle but that’s why they say:
NO PAIN, NO GAIN…………right?……..RIGHTTTT?????
ACTUALLY, if it’s painful you’re probably doing it WRONG and should stop doing that exercise.
It’s more like NO STRAIN, NO GAIN.
Strain isn’t that great for you also but in the context of MUSCLE GROWTH….. then muscle strain is ok
For muscle growth you’re literally trying to create MICRO-TEARS in your muscle so that they grow back thicker and stronger…..YIKES! (You have to do continuous reps until you hit a MAX rep, meaning it strains you to finish or go any further within the last 3 reps……if you’re finishing with ease, then that’s fine, you’ll get stronger, but there’s no muscle growth)
